About The Role
Location: This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide.

Compensation: We offer an annual salary of $70,000 USD pre-tax.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping CFI's digital presence. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our digital platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity and strategy in a mission-driven environment, while connecting with a global network of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy and Execution: Manage and grow CFI's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Explore new platforms frequented by our audience, such as Reddit. Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and posts to increase visibility and credibility. Develop and implement targeted paid campaigns to build awareness and attract new members.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce and oversee high-quality content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. Ensure all content aligns with CFI's mission and appeals to our target audience.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the CFI website to provide current and relevant information. Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and website functionality.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
