We run free education centers and schools for underprivileged children in Jaipur. Through our international wing, STEP Beyond Borders, we bridge cultures by hosting volunteers and interns from across the globe, creating transformative experiences that foster global understanding and grassroots impact.

Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence. The purpose of this role is to manage our digital platforms, improve search rankings, and create engaging content that connects international audiences with our social impact projects in India, Nepal, and Armenia.

Responsibilities

• Improve website rankings on Google for international locations using SEO and backlinking.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our field projects to tell our story.
• Edit and design engaging content for social media handles and our website.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase organic reach.
• Generate B2C leads and assist in converting them into meaningful partnerships.
• Collaborate with the management team for project coordination and translations.
• Report regularly on website traffic and growth metrics.
• Support the foundation’s expansion into new sectors and countries.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Technical proficiency in SEO, SEM, and SMO (Social Media Optimization).
• Strong skills in video editing and creating Instagram Reels/content.
• Expertise in B2C lead generation and Google site ranking techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with international volunteers from the USA, UK, and Europe.
• A flexible mindset with the ability to work weekends when project needs arise.
• A heart for social impact and cultural exchange.
