About the Role
Location: Delhi
As a Digital Media Associate, you will play a key role in amplifying SEF’s mission by crafting compelling narratives and managing our digital presence. This role goes beyond social media management—it’s about sharing the powerful stories of teachers and students, inspiring action, and showcasing the transformative power of quality education.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute SEF's Digital Media Strategy
- Create and implement a cohesive digital media strategy aligned with SEF’s mission.
- Design and publish engaging content, including visuals, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Build a strong brand identity and inspire action through storytelling.
Plan and Manage Campaigns for Impact and Fundraising
- Design and implement targeted social media campaigns for crowdfunding and donor engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for better outcomes.
Engage and Build Online Communities
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, non-profits, funding organisations, and partners.
- Position SEF as a thought leader in education and expand partnerships for greater impact.
Collaborate Across Teams to Share Stories
- Work with programme and fundraising teams to transform educational outcomes into impactful narratives.
- Ensure a unified approach to storytelling and communication across SEF’s platforms.

- Creative Storytelling & Writing: Ability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience managing and growing brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter (YouTube experience is a bonus).
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for designing visuals and editing videos.
- Project Management: Ability to independently plan and execute social media initiatives on time.

- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media and creating digital content.
