Global School Leaders (GSL) is dedicated to improving school leadership by integrating academic research and best practices. GSL provides versatile, evidence-based training resources to enhance student outcomes, hosted on various online platforms such as Google Sites, Wix, Zoho Creator, and Document 360. Their intern program is designed to offer engaging learning experiences while providing critical support to their teams.
About the Role
GSL Platform Management
- Perform updates and maintenance on GSL’s online platforms.
- Analyze platform usage and document trends, creating accessible reports.
- Develop strategies to enhance the platform based on analytics.
Database Management and CRM Systems
- Organize and maintain school leader databases using monday.com CRM, Airtable, and Google Sheets.
- Implement solutions to improve database integration.
Systems and Processes
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to design better systems for GSL’s platforms.
- Maintain documentation of all GSL online tools and subscriptions for easy team access.
Internship Benefits

Required Qualifications
- Experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
- 2–4 years of experience in both the non-profit and technology sectors.
- Experience in quality assurance testing for online products.
- Reside in Africa or Asia.
- B2 or above proficiency in English.
- Availability for 10–15 hours of work per week from January 2024 to March 2025.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in technology or computer science.
- Experience in user-centric approaches and project management.
- Ability to find creative solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Application Process
Working Remotely: Interns will work remotely, with flexible hours, but should be able to accommodate team calls in different time zones. Internet access and a computer are required.
Remuneration: Interns will be paid hourly based on the cost of living in their country, with rates at or above the minimum wage.
