About the Role
The Digital Strategist - IEC will play a critical role in developing and implementing digital IEC strategies to strengthen public health communication across Bihar. This position involves working closely with the State Health Society of Bihar (SHSB) to identify key messages and create impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director in designing and executing digital IEC strategies.
- Collaborate with SHSB to identify key public health messages and target audiences.
- Develop at least two comprehensive digital IEC strategies leveraging social media and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written materials tailored for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and tools to refine communication strategies.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest actionable insights for future initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years in digital marketing, public health communication, or related areas.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and public health communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical skills for assessing campaign performance and audience engagement metrics.
