Position: Digital Transformation Analyst (DGM/GM)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce-based CRM solutions to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Conduct data and statistical analysis using tools like Minitab or SPSS to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas.
- Utilize Tableau for data visualization and analysis, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Build capacity within the organization for established processes and ensure adherence.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and recommend adjustments.
- Drive innovation and change management by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Job Skills Required
- Proven experience in digital transformation, particularly in Salesforce CRM design, implementation, and adoption.
- Strong business analytics and data analysis skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel for data processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to convey complex concepts effectively.
- Desired: Salesforce administration experience.
- Desired: Knowledge of statistical analysis tools like Minitab or SPSS.
- Desired: Experience using Tableau for data visualization, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
- Project management skills, including business process definition.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
- Experience in project monitoring and evaluation.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and manage organizational change.
- Strong research and analysis capabilities.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Management.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience managing digital transformation/management on a CRM platform.
