Role
This is a leadership role for a hands-on builder to drive the end-to-end technology and product vision. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure the development of scalable platforms that align with the organization's mission to facilitate access to critical government support.
Responsibilities
- Define the tech and product vision in line with the organization’s mission.
- Architect and scale secure, user-centric web and mobile platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product, design, UX, and engineering.
- Drive agile roadmaps to ensure responsiveness to user feedback and policy shifts.
- Implement best-in-class development practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee scalable data architecture, ethical data use, and actionable analytics.
- Collaborate with government and operations teams to achieve product-market fit.
- Stay updated on tech and AI trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with the CTO to shape organizational strategy.
Skills
- Proven track record of aligning technology with mission-driven outcomes.
- Deep experience in building scalable, interoperable digital tools in low-resource settings.
- Strong leadership in product strategy, UX for marginalized users, and engineering execution.
- Hands-on experience with cloud, microservices, DevOps, agile methodologies, and secure system design.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and deploy technology to enhance service delivery.
