Compensation: ₹75,000 - ₹91,667/month

Their program, Vinoba, helps teachers save time and assists administrators with data collection and analysis. It also creates a vibrant teacher community for sharing and learning. OLF currently works with over 55,000 schools, 190,000 teachers, and 4 million students across several states in India.

Role

As a Divisional Manager, you will lead the implementation and expansion of the Vinoba Program in multiple districts. You will connect the state leadership with the on-ground district teams, manage government partnerships, and use data to improve the program's impact.

Responsibilities

Drive 100% implementation of the Vinoba Program across assigned districts.
Build and sustain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
Mentor and guide Program Managers and Project Officers to foster collaboration and ownership.
Use data insights to monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Ensure operational, financial, and administrative excellence across all districts.
Contribute to state-level strategy and scale impactful practices for improved learning outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Rural Management, Economics, Education, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in education, NGO leadership, or managing large-scale programs.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams across multiple districts.
Proven experience working with government bodies like district administrations, Zilla Parishads, and DIETs.
A strong commitment to improving government schools and education.
