Role

GATI Foundation is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO in leading operations, partnerships, and organisational growth. As a young and fast-growing non-profit dedicated to advancing ethical overseas employment, GATI values agility, ownership, and adaptability. This role is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership while contributing to a bold, mission-driven journey to make India a leader in skilled migration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the CEO with internal teams, external partners, donors, and government officials.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and official communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Prioritise and allocate the CEO’s time effectively across multiple priorities.
  • Organise team meetings, staff offsites, and external events.
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel logistics for the CEO.
  • Support the CEO in driving organisational culture and cohesion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Prior exposure to start-up or social impact organisations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, digital tools, and AI-based productivity applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, solutions-oriented mindset, with capacity to thrive in ambiguity.
