Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality software products. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, development, and delivery of software products.
Implement best coding practices, cloud/database migrations, and application security enhancements.
Architect solutions for complex problems, ensuring scalability and reliability.

People Management:

Lead and mentor a team of software development leads.
Guide teams through agile processes, including sprint planning and client communication.
Resolve production issues and manage cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals.
Communicate technical strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Handle client escalations and guide the team through problem resolution.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in MEAN/MERN/LAMP stacks, REST APIs, relational and NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
