Role
The Executive, Telecalling is a key role focused on donor nurturing and retention. The purpose of this role is to connect with existing and potential donors over the phone, sharing the organization's mission to secure the vital support needed for their community projects.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to share information about fundraising campaigns and secure donations.
- Build professional relationships with donors to encourage long-term support and pledges.
- Use telecommunications technology and automatic dialing systems to reach outreach goals.
- Provide clear and inspiring information about the foundation’s programs and social impact.
- Follow organizational guidelines and policies to ensure high-quality service and brand consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and activities using CRM and telecalling systems.
- Respect and value donor requirements while upholding the foundation’s core values.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Graduate degree in any stream.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or fundraising, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and engage listeners.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar data management tools.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to shared goals with empathy and respect.
- Good organizational skills to collect and manage information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build alliances and maintain positive donor relationships
