Nazariya Foundation

Nazariya Foundation, a queer feminist resource group, is a pioneering voice in India’s movement for inclusion, empowerment, and dialogue around gender and sexuality. With vibrant workshops and training, Nazariya helps students challenge stereotypes and build connections across communities and campuses. Their work is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and practical change, making them a welcoming home for young minds eager to learn and make a difference.

Whether it’s through residential training or virtual sessions, Nazariya creates a safe space for students to question norms and inspire change—not only for themselves, but for society at large.

Role

A fantastic opportunity for Indian students enrolled full time in colleges or universities. Over five months, selected fellows will explore self-identity, gender, and sexuality through targeted workshops, collaborative projects, and mentorship. The journey starts with a compulsory residential programme (4th–9th October 2025, Bodhigram, Uttarakhand), followed by ongoing community events.

Responsibilities

  • Attend residential training in Bodhigram, Uttarakhand
  • Engage in online group sessions, peer learning and discussions
  • Submit a short project proposal
  • Stay active in workshops and ongoing sessions till February 2026

Requirements

  • Indian national, full-time student in university or college
  • Commitment to all sessions and collaboration
