Role
As a Field Recruiter, your main job is to find the right people for our training programs. You will spend time in the community, meet potential candidates, and help them start their career journey with us.
Responsibilities
- Travel to local areas and communities to find people who want to learn and work.
- Screen and interview candidates to see if they are a good fit for our programs.
- Organize recruitment drives and campaigns to reach more people.
- Talk to candidates and internal teams regularly to make sure everyone is updated.
- Keep clear records and reports of all the people you meet and interview.
- Build strong relationships with local community leaders to help find talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a similar field is preferred.
- Experience in finding and interviewing candidates, especially in the field.
- Excellent speaking and listening skills to connect with people from different backgrounds.
- Good at organizing your time and managing data or reports on a computer.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is friendly, approachable, and enjoys meeting new people every day.
- Prior experience in community outreach or social work is a big plus.
