Your Role
As a key member of our team, you'll wear multiple hats and be at the forefront of our growth. Your primary focus will be on Business Development and Customer Success, with additional responsibilities in special projects and executive support.
Core Responsibilities:
Business Development and Customer Success:
- Conduct outreach to prospective direct and indirect customers
- Schedule meetings, conduct demos, and sign up pilots
- Support commercialization discussions
- Drive the customer conversion pipelineSupport pilots, plant demos, and early commercialization efforts
- Represent CarbonStrong at industry conferences and exhibitions
Special Projects:
- Take on, plan, and execute small-to-medium-sized projects
- Program manage select key initiatives
Executive Support:
- Assist Founders with goal setting & performance review processes
- Prepare materials for meetings and other collateral
- Coordinate and set up meetings
- Support company fundraising efforts as needed
- Work closely with Founders on strategic vision and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities
