Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.
- Build customer-facing products and internal tools for a global audience.
- Own, build, and maintain front-end features and reusable components across applications.
- Manage and monitor server-side and web applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, Express, and Node.js.
- Design and establish RESTful APIs, integrating them with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
- Write reusable, scalable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
- Optimize server infrastructure using platforms like AWS, GCP, or Heroku.
- Stay updated on web development methods and technologies and apply them effectively.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a collaborative team environment.
- Design web architectures and provide accurate project estimates and timelines.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
