About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at WITP, you will play a crucial role in our cross-functional team, participating in every stage of the software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring that our applications are robust, responsive, and secure. You’ll also collaborate closely with our design team to convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into fully functional interactive applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Applications: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring they are optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Convert Designs into Code: Working closely with graphic designers, you will transform layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages, ensuring the final product is both functional and visually appealing.
- API Development: You will design and develop APIs, ensuring that they are secure, reliable, and meet both technical and consumer needs.
- Code Integrity: Maintaining code integrity and organization is essential. You’ll be expected to implement security measures to protect data and stay updated with the latest developments in web applications and programming languages.
Skills & Experience
- Technical Proficiency: You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as JavaScript frameworks like React.
- Server-Side Expertise: Proficiency with server-side languages like Node.js and frameworks like Express is essential. You should also be familiar with database technology such as MongoDB.
- Version Control: Experience with Git is a must, ensuring smooth collaboration with other developers and maintaining code consistency.
- API and Cloud Messaging: A strong understanding of API design and development with Node.js, along with experience in using cloud message APIs and push notifications, will be crucial for this role.
