About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Engineer who is excited about contributing to open-source healthcare solutions and working with cutting-edge technologies. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a vibrant community of developers and work on impactful projects that directly improve healthcare access.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend features using React (TypeScript), Django (Python), and Tailwind CSS.
- Participate in code reviews, community discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code that follows best practices.
- Collaborate with the community to solve open issues and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Stay active in our Slack community and share insights or improvements for our open-source projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
- Strong understanding of React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience using Tailwind CSS for styling.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web development principles, and responsive design.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Passion for open-source development and community-driven projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Enthusiasm for making an impact in healthcare technology.
