Role

A purpose-driven position focused on building financial bridges. You will lead the effort to find and secure the resources needed to keep community livelihood programs running and growing.

Responsibilities

• Lead research to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with private companies and government agencies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold-calling and initial outreach to negotiating and closing win-win deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand program needs and translate them into compelling funding proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and grant activities within the CRM system.
• Represent the organization at networking events and corporate meetings to expand the trust's reach.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in B2B concept selling or fundraising.
• Fluency in English and Hindi with exceptional presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Strong ability to negotiate with top-level corporate leaders and decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications for data management.
• High standards of ethics, personal integrity, and a proactive, self-motivated work style.
