Role

Lead comprehensive grant management from design to closeout while overseeing Delhi office operations. You'll ensure compliance with donor requirements and maximise impact for health and development programmes across India.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end grant lifecycle including project design, budget preparation, tracking and reporting
  • Ensure financial and grants management compliance with organisational and donor regulations
  • Conduct due diligence on grantees and coordinate with project teams on budget analysis
  • Support internal and external audits, coordinate fund disbursements with finance team
  • Oversee Delhi office operations including staff recruitment, asset management and statutory compliance
  • Review income and expenditure regularly to maximise efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide technical and administrative support for grant-making programme activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years grants management experience OR Master's in development studies, business administration, health, finance or related field plus 5 years experience
  • Experience with internationally funded projects in health, agriculture, nutrition and social services preferred
  • Knowledge of financial management, legal compliance and donor requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong collaborative and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders
