Role

This role is for a creative individual who will develop a wide range of visual content across print, digital, and video. You will work with various teams to bring projects to life while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Develop and design creative graphics, layouts, and visual content for various mediums (print, digital, video, motion graphics, etc.).
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for design tasks. Work with other graphic design tools (Figma) as needed.
Collaborate closely with fundraising, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements and create cohesive designs.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and brand consistency.
Implement brand frameworks and guidelines across various materials. Maintain brand standards and design systems for consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Edit promotional videos, shooting additional footage when necessary.
Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance visual experiences.
Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.
Communicate effectively with teams to define project requirements and ensure optimal visual communication.
Assist in Design and develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate key messages and data.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and video mediums
Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design
Video editing capabilities and motion graphics creation
Understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, and output specifications for various mediums
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, fundraising)
