Role and Responsibilities
Basic Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in logo design and corporate branding.
- Creation of social media posts, newsletters, and banners.
- Understanding of font, color, and image standards.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Stay updated with latest design software and trends.
Desirable Responsibilities:
- Experience in web and app UI design.
- Ability to identify and fix UX issues.
- Skilled in wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
Skills & Abilities
Basic Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience in logo and corporate branding design.
- Strong analytical skills for UX issue resolution.
- Understanding of design consistency (fonts, colors, imagery).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in web and app UI design.
- Knowledge of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows (Figma, Adobe XD).
Qualifications & Experience
Basic:
- Graduate in Fine Arts, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or any related creative field.
- OR Any graduate with a diploma/certification in Graphic Design or UI/UX.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Desirable:
- Experience in large corporates or government IT organizations.
