The team is looking for a Graphic Designer who can think big, translate bold ideas across media, and create visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
This role is more than just making things look good—it's about using design as a problem-solving tool to communicate complex social issues in simple, compelling ways.

Responsibilities
- Develop big ideas in collaboration with copywriters to craft strong narratives for campaigns and branding.
- Adapt ideas across different media, including social media, print, toolkits, videos, websites, and more.
- Design with the needs of diverse audiences (urban, semi-urban, rural) in mind.
- Use design thinking and storytelling to break down complex social issues into accessible, engaging visuals.
- Work on impactful projects with NGOs, philanthropies, social enterprises, and changemakers.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a creative/design agency.
- Strong illustration and branding skills.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute design solutions for social impact.
- Understanding of how different audiences engage with content across media.
- Bonus Skills: UI/UX, motion graphics, or video editing.
