SHEOWS, a 30-year-old NGO based in New Delhi, cares for over 500 abandoned and destitute elderly across four shelter homes in Delhi-NCR, U.P., and Haryana. We provide them with food, shelter, and basic necessities.
About the Role
Are you a creative individual with a passion for design and video editing? We are looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Whether you are a fresher or have 2-3 years of experience, we value your creativity and technical skills. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software, with a strong background in video editing and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Create engaging video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and other platforms, ensuring polished and high-quality output.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and visual concepts for various video and graphic design projects.
- Post-Production: Perform color correction, sound editing, and visual enhancements to ensure a high-quality final product.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual content across different platforms, aligning with brand identity, style, and tone.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to understand project needs and deliver compelling visual content.
- Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing and design software.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
For Freshers:
- Demonstrated skills through sample projects or personal work.
- A degree or coursework in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design and visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D design is a bonus.
- Experience with video compression, file management, and formats for various platforms.
