About The Role
As our new Graphic Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller of our mission. Your designs will captivate, inspire, and inform our stakeholders across various platforms. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with our Communications team to develop eye-catching collaterals.
- Creating visuals that resonate with our audience and deliver key messages effectively.
- Designing a wide range of materials, from social media graphics to annual reports.
- Developing and maintaining our brand guidelines.
- Ensuring consistent use of our visual identity across all materials.
- Staying up-to-date with design trends and continuously improving your skills.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, etc.).
- A strong understanding of design principles and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of web design principles and digital marketing trends (a plus!).
