Role
The organisation is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms. This role involves working closely with marketing, content, and programme teams to maintain brand consistency, bring ideas to life, and contribute to campaigns that drive engagement and impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and branding assets.
- Translate briefs and concepts into visually appealing design solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and programme teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Take projects from concept to final delivery.
- Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Provide creative inputs in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Adapt and resize existing creative assets when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Experience designing for:
- Social media creatives (posters, carousels, video snippets)
- Event collateral
- Academic research reports (design, illustrations, formatting)
- Whitepapers (design and formatting)
- Research briefs (design and formatting)
- Newsletter templates
- Webpage layouts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to explore new creative formats.
Skills
- Basic motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Reels).
- UI/UX design experience.
- Photography or illustration skills.
- Figma experience.
- Understanding of Instagram content trends and formats.
