About the Role
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual designs that effectively communicate MRAI’s mission and brand. Working alongside a collaborative team, you’ll design for both digital and print, producing engaging and informative materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Concept Development: Ideate and develop designs that align with MRAI’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborative Design: Work closely with MRAI representatives to create materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, web designs, infographics, brochures, product information sheets, and more.
- Design Software Proficiency: Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro) to produce high-quality visuals.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining the design’s integrity and usability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design or video editing.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro).
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and mediums.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with effective task prioritization skills.
- Design Principles Knowledge: Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and other core design principles.
- Additional Skills: Experience designing for digital and print, with knowledge of HTML and CSS as a plus.
