About the Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team. As a Graphic Designer at Written Medicine, you’ll play a vital role in developing visually engaging designs that cater to diverse audiences and align with our mission.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop creative and user-focused designs to meet business and project goals.
- Graphic Design: Produce original visuals, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts.
- Brand Development: Create cohesive style guides, design systems, and brand assets.
- Visual Elements: Refine icons, typography, and layouts for digital and print materials.
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to visualise concepts.
- Problem-Solving: Address design challenges, ensuring accessibility for diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Work independently and with teams to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to enhance design effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven expertise as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision).
- Self-Motivation: Ability to manage workload and deliver results independently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics, consistency, and precision.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset, able to work with diverse stakeholders.
