Role
NSRCEL is launching a new Growth Stage Track to help successful start-ups scale even faster. As the Lead for this track, your purpose is to help ventures that have already found their footing achieve "break-out growth"—aiming for a 5x growth path over three years. You will bridge the gap between early-stage stability and large-scale success, shaping the strategy for high-potential start-ups in sectors like Fintech and Social Impact.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and launch a sector-inclusive growth accelerator for ventures with high annual revenue (Rs 10 Cr+).
- Lead the existing Fintech Center of Excellence (CoE) and create specialized tracks for women entrepreneurs and social enterprises.
- Own the entire process from finding the right start-ups and selecting cohorts to ensuring they reach their growth targets.
- Bring in the right mentors, experts, and corporate partners to support the founders.
- Create and manage the revenue and financial plans for the track to ensure it is sustainable.
- Serve as a key member of the NSRCEL leadership team and represent the organization as a spokesperson.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Sciences.
- At least 15 years of experience in the start-up world. You should deeply understand the Indian start-up ecosystem, ideally having been a founder or an investor yourself.
- Ability to design interventions that help businesses scale.
- Strong financial and business leadership skills with experience managing revenue goals.
- Data-driven approach to tracking and delivering impact outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with peers and external partners.
- A genuine passion for driving social and economic change through entrepreneurship.
