NASSCOM Foundation is seeking a Head of Impact & Measurement to join their team in Noida or Bangalore. This leadership role involves developing and overseeing the organization’s impact measurement strategy, ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Impact Strategy Development: Aligning measurement strategies with the foundation’s mission and goals.
- Measurement Studies Execution and Oversight: Implementing robust systems to track and assess program performance.
- Review and Validation: Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building: Building relationships with measurement agencies and providing support to project teams.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Promoting a culture of learning and staying updated on best practices in impact measurement.
