About The Role
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for executive technology decisions, managing technology budgets, and making key investments in digital solutions that enhance the Foundation's impact. You will collaborate with the CEO and act as both a technology and business expert, ensuring that technology aligns with the Foundation's strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the technology strategy for the Foundation, ensuring digital initiatives align with the organization's goals.
- Validate technical feasibility of projects and establish operational roadmaps for technology use across CSR programs.
- Ensure engineering excellence, adherence to design best practices, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Build and manage external relationships and partnerships to enhance the organization's technological capabilities.
- Manage a multidisciplinary technical team and scale up resources as required.
- Oversee technology platforms, ensuring they serve the Foundation's business strategy effectively.

- Successful execution of digital initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Efficient management of technology budgets and resources.
- Development and implementation of innovative technology solutions for the development sector.

Educational Qualifications & Experience
Education: M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in IT, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. MBA is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in an executive-level technical role.
- Experience in developing digital solutions for the development sector.
- Familiarity with scaling interdisciplinary technical teams.
- Start-up experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of technology strategy planning to meet business goals.

- Strong expertise in various technology sectors such as education, agriculture, health, AI, and telecom.
- Ability to lead teams and make evidence-based decisions with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to build and mentor a top-performing team.
