Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The CTO will be responsible for all technology decisions, managing the technology budget, and driving initiatives that amplify the foundation’s impact. The role requires a strategic thinker who is a multitasker, communicator, and expert in technological development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the foundation’s technological decisions in alignment with its CSR programs.
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure both business and technology goals are met.
- Validate the technical feasibility of digital initiatives and create an operational roadmap.
- Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and design best practices.
- Build and maintain technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships to support the foundation’s strategy.

- Amplify the foundation’s social impact through technology.
- Deliver innovative solutions aligned with CSR objectives.
- Build and mentor a highly skilled technical team.
- Meet project and product performance, cost, and timing goals.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech in IT, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in an executive-level technical role.
- Expertise in developing digital solutions for the development sector.
- Experience in scaling up technical teams and managing resources.
Preferred:
- MBA is desirable.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Familiarity with commissioning projects from third parties.
