Key Responsibilities:
- Bring Cutting-Edge AI Work to Our Communities
- Identify unique opportunities for our worker communities to participate in building cutting-edge AI innovations
- Design AI-enabled pathways to reduce the complexity of digital tasks for our workers
- Optimize AI Processes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Karya's AI workflows
- Continuously evaluate and improve our data validation, management, and model deployment processes
- Champion Ethical AI and Data Collection
- Establish robust frameworks for ethical data collection, addressing privacy, bias, and fairness
- Ensure responsible development and deployment of AI models
- Collaborate with external partners to stay ahead of emerging trends in ethical AI
- Drive AI-Enabled Earning and Learning Initiatives
- Spearhead programs to bring AI-focused earning and learning opportunities to low-income communities globally
- Develop strategies to upskill and empower workers through AI-focused training
- Forge partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our initiatives
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Extensive experience leading AI model development and training projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible practices
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
