Role

Are you a founder or leader with an innovative climate or conservation solution ready for the world stage? As a Henry Arnhold Fellow, you’ll join a high-energy, global community and receive the support, resources, and guidance needed to scale your impact exponentially.

Responsibilities

• Attend two immersive, week-long retreats focused on designing for impact and strategy for scale.
• Work directly with experienced mentors and strategic advisors to hone your model and scaling plan.
• Actively engage with a vibrant cohort of peers tackling a spectrum of climate and conservation challenges.
• Participate in structured, year-long coaching, with access to Mulago’s frameworks and expert community.
• Build organisational capacity to deliver and replicate your solution at scale.
• Share learnings and support the broader community of conservation and climate leaders.

Requirements

• Founder or CEO (or equivalent) of an early-stage, registered organisation—non-profit, for-profit, or hybrid.
• Demonstrated, working solution with tangible results and strong potential for large-scale impact.
• Full-time commitment (minimum 30 hours a week).
• Strong vision, drive for innovation, and a clear pathway to scaling your impact.
• Commitment to sharing progress and learning with the wider fellows’ network.
