NewBeginnings Charitable Trust (NCT) is dedicated to helping women and girls in rural communities live better lives. We believe everyone deserves a fair chance, so we focus on gender equality, education, health, and skill-building. By working with the most marginalized groups, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting change.
Role
The HR Liaison helps NCT grow by building partnerships with corporate HR teams. The goal is to introduce our mission to companies and encourage "workplace giving," where employees can easily donate to support our educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Connect with HR professionals to introduce NCT’s impactful work.
- Share compelling stories and data about how NCT helps marginalized children.
- Encourage companies to list NCT on their internal employee giving platforms.
- Help corporate employees feel connected to the cause of ending poverty through education.
Requirements
- A compassionate heart and a genuine interest in social justice and education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tell a moving story.
- Ability to network professionally and build friendly, lasting relationships.
- Collaborative mindset and cultural sensitivity when representing the organization.
- Commitment of 1–2 hours per week.
