Role
You will play a critical role in helping the organization build a high-performance team for its growing needs. This involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance management, exits, and related compliances. You will also be key in the implementation of an HRMS system.
Responsibilities
- Collect current and future project demands, engage with resourcing channels, build a healthy CV pipeline, and engage project teams for candidate evaluation.
- Manage the complete onboarding and exit process, including offer letters, documentation, and new employee compliance as per law.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems for performance management, feedback, and goal setting for improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, including analytics and findings from conducted employee surveys.
- Plan and facilitate training and support for employees based on their domain-specific professional or personal training needs.
- Engage with employees and other stakeholders to gather feedback and input for continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all HR activities, including impact assessments and intervention planning.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in HR functions with a minimum of a graduation degree (MBA in HR is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant HR tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies for data collection and management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
- Strong ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
