Role
The foundation is seeking a motivated individual to anchor their people operations. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the team is supported, skilled, and aligned with the mission of empowering women.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that help attract and retain the right talent for the organisation.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to managing the onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee relations and act as a support system regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Design and conduct training programs that help employees enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee performance management processes, including setting goals and running evaluations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure the organisation remains compliant with labor laws.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure HR initiatives support overall organisational goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel is essential.
- Strong command of English, both in spoken and written communication.
