Role
This is a remote, one-month internship designed primarily for observation and learning. You will shadow existing teams to understand HR workflows without carrying the weight of operational responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Observe HR workflows and policies to understand organizational structure.
- Shadow recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Sit in on onboarding procedures, covering documentation and induction sessions.
- Attend virtual HR meetings and record minutes or notes.
- Research current HR trends and employee engagement strategies.
- Prepare presentations and maintain a learning journal to track progress.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Good organizational and time management capabilities.
- Functional knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in observing and learning HR practices.
