About the Role
The ICT Manager will work with the technology and communication team to fulfill the organisation’s technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
- Design formats and manage the MIS application.
- Train teams in data collection, entry, and application use.
- Coordinate data collection, validation, cleaning, and reporting.
- Monitor MIS applications for bugs/issues/modifications.
- Configure indicators and test customizations for new reports and tabs.
- Provide technical support to deploy systems.
Leadership and Mentoring:
- Assist Tech Leads in defining technical project directions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
Project Management:
- Break down complex features into manageable tasks.
- Estimate timelines and effort for technical requirements.
- Participate in technical training and project planning.
Communication:
- Simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.
Skills Required
Proficiency in:
- Python, Django, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap.
- Android development tools like Java and Kotlin (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation systems and capacity-building training.
Experience
Minimum 5–6 years in technology, Monitoring and Evaluation, or training.
Employment Details
Type: Annual Contractual Engagement
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹60,000–₹80,000 per month (Gross) based on experience and interview performance.
