About The Role
Employment Type: Full-Time Intern [3 months, with possible full-time conversion]
Location: Bangalore (Preferred) / Remote

Stipend: Rs. 20,000 / Month

As an Intern – Business and Growth, you will play a key role in scaling 10x Impact Labs' operations, partnerships, and impact. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive business development, stakeholder engagement, and growth initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in the social impact sector.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges in the social impact and Tech4Good sectors.
- Analyze competitor strategies and build insights for business positioning.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with non-profits, philanthropies, and social enterprises.
- Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations tailored to potential clients and collaborators.
Strategic Outreach:
- Build and maintain a database of potential partners and stakeholders.
- Craft targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers in the sector.
Content Development & Thought Leadership:
- Assist in creating blogs, case studies, and white papers showcasing 10x Impact Labs' impact and expertise.
- Contribute to developing resources such as toolkits and frameworks aligned with the organization's vision.
Internal Growth Initiatives:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Support in planning and executing events, workshops, and convenings to promote collaboration in the Tech4Good space.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in an analytical, research, or business support role.
- Strong interest in social impact, technology for good, and business development. (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools or social impact consulting (preferred, not mandatory).
