Udhyam Learning Foundation is an NGO committed to fostering entrepreneurial mindsets in school students across Maharashtra. Through our Saksham program, we offer grade 9 students hands-on business exposure while working closely with school teachers to implement our innovative curriculum effectively.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support data management and program implementation for our Saksham program. This role will involve organizing data, creating basic designs, and ensuring smooth communication with teachers and schools. The intern will work remotely but must be based in Maharashtra.

Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote (Must reside in Maharashtra)

Key Responsibilities

Assist field team members by managing and organizing data for quick and actionable use.
Enter data from school visits into relevant databases or dashboards with accuracy.
Create simple posters and videos for program materials using Canva.
Draft and post clear and concise messages on teacher WhatsApp groups or chatbots.
Track program outputs using data tools and share actionable insights with the team.
Support the team with other administrative tasks related to program implementation.

Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Basic experience with data entry and management.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Canva or other design platforms is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with government teachers and principals over calls.
Proficiency in spoken and written Marathi is mandatory; working knowledge of English is desirable.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection.
Availability from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
