Role

The Intern, Executive Assistant at Teach For India (Delhi) is a pivotal support role, directly assisting the City Director and Senior Program Manager in project coordination, administrative management, and stakeholder engagement. This internship is ideal for a dynamic graduate or student eager to learn from experienced leaders and contribute to a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex leadership calendars and optimise scheduling.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Draft, review, and edit emails, presentations, and reports for leadership.
  • Support strategic and operational projects, track deliverables and deadlines, and compile reports for senior staff.
  • Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure prompt, professional responses.
  • Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodation, itineraries) for senior team members.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries or presentations to aid decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
  • Prior internship or administrative experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational abilities; meticulous with documents and schedules.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and able to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
