We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to support core initiatives across 10x Impact Labs. This role will ensure projects progress effectively, even amidst competing client priorities. Working closely with product and project managers, you will assist in various areas including user research, data analysis, technical feasibility research, documentation, and program coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, a good product sense, and a passion for leveraging technology for social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Central Initiatives Support
Project Management
- Track and organize central initiatives, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet milestones.
- Coordinate tasks across teams to prioritize and prevent delays due to competing demands.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Help organize meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions to foster team alignment.
Research & Analysis
User Research & Synthesis
- Conduct user interviews and gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Synthesize interview notes to extract actionable insights and trends.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform product development.
Data Analysis
- Analyze datasets to reveal insights that can guide product and project strategies.
- Use data visualization tools to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Technical Feasibility & Product Research
Feasibility Studies
- Conduct secondary research to evaluate the technical feasibility of potential solutions.
- Explore and recommend suitable tools and technologies aligned with project goals.
Product Development Support
- Work closely with product managers to refine concepts and suggest product improvements based on research and data.
- Provide input on potential features and enhancements that align with user needs and the organizational mission.
Documentation & Reporting
Documentation
- Draft initial versions of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other key project documents.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project developments for team reference.
Reporting
- Prepare concise reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights.
- Document learnings and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Program Coordination & Support
Task Coordination
- Assist in organizing and managing initiatives that involve collaboration across teams.
- Support scheduling, resource distribution, and communications as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Mentorship and Learning Facilitation
- Facilitate learning sessions and mentorship opportunities to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Who you are
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and mission-driven individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, impact-focused organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business, Tech, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an analytical, research, or product support role.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good to have familiarity with AI technologies and applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
