Role

The Internship Manager (HR) is a vital role focused on growing our team by managing the full lifecycle of our internship program. The purpose of this role is to find passionate individuals, support their professional growth, and ensure our organizational culture remains collaborative and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process for interns, from interviewing to making final hiring decisions.
  • Design and run onboarding and training programs to help new interns settle in smoothly.
  • Use HR systems to manage intern data and keep track of their progress.
  • Provide daily leadership and guidance to interns to maintain an inclusive work culture.
  • Work with the leadership team to brainstorm ways the organization can grow and improve.
  • Use MS Office (Excel and Word) to analyze data and create reports on program performance.
  • Organize community events and initiatives to boost team spirit and engagement.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience; we welcome proactive freshers with a passion for people management.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and a basic understanding of HRIS tools.
  • Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and a commitment to social impact.
