Compensation: 50k to 70k CTC Per month

Moinee Foundation is a non-government organization established in 2012, primarily working in the education domain, through techno-social innovations, by closely working with Government Bodies, Educational Institutes (Schools/ Colleges/Universities) and local communities.
Role
Moinee Foundation is looking for a committed professional to help us understand how our education programs are creating change and how we can improve them. This full-time role is based in Jaipur and involves working closely with internal teams, communities, and partners to assess program impact and design better interventions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement intervention strategies based on impact assessment results, focusing on optimizing positive outcomes.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation systems to
track the progress and impact of interventions over time. - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and external
stakeholders on the results of impact assessments and intervention plans. - Provide training and support to staff and partners to ensure a shared understanding of impact assessment and intervention planning.
- Engage with beneficiaries, communities, and partners to gather feedback and input for continuous improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all impact assessment and intervention planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.). A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, or related roles in the development or NGO sector.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant impact assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies for data collection and management.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and
stakeholders. - A commitment to the mission and values of our organization.
- Strong ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
