Involve Learning Solutions Foundation is transforming the learning landscape of India’s government schools by unlocking student agency, one classroom at a time. Conceived by two IIT Madras graduates who turned down corporate placements to chase a dream, Involve began by asking a simple question: What if students led each other’s learning, and what if they truly owned their education?

Since 2018, Involve has directly impacted nearly a million students across six Indian states—including Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh—by pioneering peer-led, student-driven approaches. Their core program trains senior students (ages 12–16) to teach and mentor their juniors, fostering both academic growth and a deep sense of leadership, responsibility, and confidence. Students gain not only in literacy and numeracy (academic improvement has reached almost 39% from baseline), but also emerge as problem-solvers, communicators, and agents of change within their communities.
What truly sets Involve apart is its philosophy: co-create with students, let students lead, and make participation strictly by choice. The result is a vibrant ecosystem of support, not just for students, but for government teachers and school administrators as well. Through models like “The Agency Collective,” Involve brings together educators, partners, and students to share knowledge, solve problems collectively, and showcase student-led innovations.
