Ideas to Impact (I2I) Foundation is a non-profit group in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. They focus on creating solutions that help society and can grow over time. They are looking for an IT Executive to manage their computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of IT equipment like laptops, printers, and projectors.
- Set up and update hardware and software.
- Keep an eye on services like internet connections.
- Manage tools like email and Microsoft Office.
- Help team members with IT support and training.
- Ensure data is backed up regularly.
- Maintain and monitor networks and internet connections.
- Work with vendors to fix IT issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably BCA/BSc IT). If the degree is not in IT, a diploma in hardware and networking is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years in IT support, hardware, and networking.
- Technical Skills: Good at setting up systems, fixing issues, and configuring networks. Experience with Windows and Linux. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work well in teams. Good at managing tasks and time.
- Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi.
