Reporting to the IT & Security Coordinator, you’ll join the IT & Data Function to support our mission of optimising systems for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations on Microsoft 365.
• User Support: Provide expert guidance on tool adoption and troubleshooting to a global team.
• Process Optimisation: Collaborate to refine and document IT processes.
• Project Delivery: Support IT projects, automation, and productivity enhancements.
• Reliable IT Support: Ensure fast, dependable services for internal staff.
• System Insights: Recommend improvements for M365 architecture and policies.
• Equipment Management: Oversee procurement and setup compliance with local and global policies.

Qualifications

Essential

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including M365 Admin and Power Platforms.
• Strong IT troubleshooting abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Self-starter with adaptability to changing priorities.

Desirable

• Experience with IT risk management and controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Passion for sustainability and global impact.
