Reporting to the IT & Security Coordinator, you’ll join the IT & Data Function to support our mission of optimising systems for a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations on Microsoft 365.
- User Support: Provide expert guidance on tool adoption and troubleshooting to a global team.
- Process Optimisation: Collaborate to refine and document IT processes.
- Project Delivery: Support IT projects, automation, and productivity enhancements.
- Reliable IT Support: Ensure fast, dependable services for internal staff.
- System Insights: Recommend improvements for M365 architecture and policies.
- Equipment Management: Oversee procurement and setup compliance with local and global policies.
Qualifications
Essential
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including M365 Admin and Power Platforms.
- Strong IT troubleshooting abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with adaptability to changing priorities.
Desirable
- Experience with IT risk management and controls.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- PowerShell scripting experience.
- Passion for sustainability and global impact.
