Kerala Youth Leadership Academy (KYLA) is India’s first government-led youth leadership institute, dedicated to reshaping how young citizens participate in governance and public life. The Academy, incubated and promoted by the General Administration Department, operates under the guidance of the state’s Chief Minister and brings together the brightest minds from across domains to drive real impact.
