Role

Protsahan is seeking a Lead – Knowledge Management to strengthen its ecosystem and field-building work. This role is about capturing, analysing, and sharing insights from Protsahan’s programmes, and using knowledge to influence practice and policy in child protection and mental health. The Lead will develop frameworks, publications, and partnerships that spread innovations from the ground to wider stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Protsahan’s knowledge management strategy and outputs across Goal 3 (field building and ecosystem enablement).
  • Document learnings from programmes, producing reports, policy briefs, case studies, and thought pieces.
  • Build partnerships with research institutions, networks, and knowledge platforms.
  • Convene dialogues, roundtables, and dissemination activities to spread evidence and best practices.
  • Guide internal teams in data gathering, analysis, and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and build capacity within the organisation on knowledge management practices.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Education, or related fields.
  • 8+ years professional experience in research, knowledge management, or related roles.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and publication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage external stakeholders – government, civil society, academia – with credibility.
  • Experience in child rights, protection, or mental health sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills.
