About the Role
ShikshaLokam is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead their design team and create exceptional user experiences. If you have a passion for artful design, can transform complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces, and have a knack for visual design, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative product visuals and user experience solutions.
- Execute all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualise original ideas to improve the simplicity and user-friendliness of complex designs.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Present and defend designs and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve designs.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Who are we looking for?
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in Ed-Tech, Product Management, or UI/UX Designing.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong visual design skills, with attention to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present designs and sell solutions to stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Location: Bengaluru
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
